DuPont™ Marine Finishes sets a course for PR exposure

DuPontTM Marine Finishes, the marine coatings division of US giant DuPont, has appointed Davies Associates to publicise its dedicated marine product line. The remit includes media relations, collateral production and advertising.
DuPontTM Marine Finishes offers above-the-water-line coatings specifically for the super yacht market. It provides owners and shipyards with an infinite colour choice, including metallics, pearls and even flip-flop paint, which changes colour depending on the angle from which the yacht is viewed.
"Over 70 per cent of the world's super yachts are manufactured in Europe, primarily in Italy, so it makes sense for DuPontTM Marine Finishes to focus its efforts here. We are very enthusiastic about working with this interesting and innovative division of DuPont," says Lisa Shaddick, Davies Associates deputy managing director.
