Davies Associates hosts graduate placement

Davies Associates welcomed graduate student, Rocio Moreno, to its central London office during the month of April. Rocio, a Spanish native with fluent Italian, worked along side the agency's multinational team during her four-week internship.
Studying towards a Masters of Science in corporate communications and public affairs at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland, meant linguist Rocio was eager to learn how and why the international client programmes undertaken by Davies Associates need different approaches than straight forward one country/one language accounts. She also was able to get practical, hands on experience of life in a medium-sized PR agency - everything from answering the phones to meeting tight deadlines.
Her linguistic skills were put to good use too, as she was involved with several of the agency's on-going Italian programmes.
