Chartered Institute of Public Relations committee post for Davies Associates

Greater London Group (GLG) of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) elected Lisa Shaddick, Davies Associates deputy managing director, to its committee at the group's AGM in December 2005.
The GLG is the CIPR's largest regional group, with over 2,100 members. It holds monthly events - including seminars and workshops - aimed at continual professional development of its members. More general gatherings, where members meet to discuss industry topics or just network informally, facilitate practical business exchanges with fellow practitioners.
"I am very passionate about the professional PR standards that characterise every aspect of our work at Davies Associates. By getting involved at the grass-roots level of the CIPR I now hope to make a personal contribution to our wider industry," says Shaddick.
