Steve Lawson
Financial Director
Steve has been with DA for 15 years and is responsible for the financial
performance and implementation of best practices for client account
management. With a background in IT Steve ensures the agency utilises the
best technology for all client projects. Steve's role at DA is unique to an
agency of its size and reflects the business' focus on delivering value for
clients.

Beate
Hohenberger
Account Executive
Beate comes from a
translation, language teaching and project management background and uses
her skills to look after our client programmes in Germany, Austria and the
German-speaking part of Switzerland. Her native tongue is German and she
speaks fluent English as well as Spanish.

Lucie Lelièvre
Account Executive
Lucie is a French native who has lived, worked and studied in Australia. Her
previous PR experience coupled with her degree in Communication and Public
Relations make her a great asset to the DA team. Lucie works on the French
and English sections of client accounts and is also involved in the
production of pan-European collateral for a number of clients.

Lorenza Minghetti,
ACIPR
Account Manager
Lorenza has been involved with the media and PR industry since 2000. After
her role as in-house PR Manager at Scottish Widows, Lorenza joined DA and
has been managing and planning all Italian media relations activities for
clients such as DuPont Refinish, BASF and Arriva. Her background includes a
First Honour Degree in Foreign Languages, and an MSc in Corporate
Communications.

Caroline Pajot
Senior Consultant
After taking a year off, Caroline has re-joined the DA team as a senior
consultant looking after specific Spanish and Portuguese clients as well as
being involved in French accounts as required. In addition to fluency in
these languages, Caroline speaks Italian and English. Having joined the
agency in 1998, Caroline’s exception linguistic skills are matched only by
her extensive PR experience.

Mia Reynolds
Consultant
With a degree in English Language
and Linguistics from Manchester University, Mia’s background is in
television and journalism. Back working with DA after a three-year break to
start a family, Mia is again working with our automotive clients. She uses
her native Swedish in all aspects of the role, as well as operating in her
perfect English.

Marta Sadowska,
ACIPR
Account Executive and Administration Co-ordinator
Marta works on the Polish client programmes and provides administrative
support across all client and agency activities. Before joining DA she was
public relations officer for Cracow City Hall and promotional manager for
the Polish National Student Association. A Polish national, Marta also
speaks English and Italian.

Ronja Schmidt

As a consultant to DA, Ronja
integrates skills gained during her sales and
marketing career into the pan-European projects in
which she is involved at DA. Ronja is
fluent in German, her native language, and in
English, having lived and worked in the UK and New
Zealand for over 6 years.

Spaghetti Shaddick
Director of Greetings (D.O.G.)
Spaghie has been coming to the office since he was eight weeks old. He was
tempted to leave to pursue a lucrative doggie modelling career, but his love
of all things PR, including the many cuddles he gets from clients, kept him
at DA. His daily routine includes welcoming the postman, sleeping on his
bed, eating apples, and getting walked around the streets of Marylebone.
It's a dog’s life.

Maaike Veen
Senior Consultant
A former Dow Jones Newswires reporter who has covered a wide range of
companies and general economic stories, Maaike joins DA to look after the
Dutch client programmes. Originally from the Netherlands, Maaike has a
masters degree in macro economics from the Free University, Amsterdam, and a
post-graduate degree in journalism from the Erasmus University, Rotterdam.
Her work has been regularly published in the Financial Times, Trouw, De
Standaard and CorpComms magazine.

Lizzie Wastell,

Junior Account Director
Lizzie plays a pivotal role in the DA team; she manages the agency’s largest
pan-European client, reporting into the Managing Director. In addition she
leads the agency’s construction team, project manages two pan-European
newsletters and takes an active role in mentoring new team members.

Pippa
Watts, MCIPR
Senior Consultant
Pippa started with DA in 1995 as account executive and is now responsible
for planning pan-European PR campaigns and tactical implementation focusing
on DuPont Refinish and BASF. Pippa has extensive experience across many
business and consumer industries in German, French and Spanish.
